Felicia Evans
Felicia is new to the Kalamazoo Housing Advocates team; she is dedicated and compassionate with over 30 years’ experience supporting people with special needs.
Throughout her career, she has demonstrated a deep commitment to improving the quality of life for those she serves, using patience, empathy, and a person–centered approach.
Felicia has specialized as a crisis trainer equipping others with the skills and confidence to effectively deescalate challenging situations.
Felicia has a BS degree from WMU and is very excited to join the team.
